Ineet Narula Barthwal is a Vice President at Bain & Company and leads the Bain Executive Network (BEN) in the Asia Pacific region. BEN is a capability designed to help Bain & Company’s clients on talent advisory needs, while also providing career guidance to senior executives. Trained as a psychologist, Ineet is also a Certified Coach from Results Coaching Institute.

 

Ineet has 15 years extensive experience in management consulting, executive development and talent solutions in Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Bain, Ineet was a Partner at Korn Ferry Singapore (a global organizational consulting firm) fronting key advisory, Top Team, CEO assessment, Board effectiveness, Executive development and coaching solutions for leading businesses in APAC. Previously, she partnered with MNC’s and local clients in APAC on Talent strategy and implementation as a Consultant at Savile and Holdsworth (SHL), Singapore. Earlier in her career, Ineet was a  Psychology Lecturer at University of Pune and guest faculty at Symbiosis Institute of business management, India. She also practiced as a psychologist.

 

Ineet earned a Masters and a Bachelors degree in Applied Psychology, specializing in Clinical Psychology from the University of Delhi, India. She is qualified as a Lecturer from the University of Delhi and is certified in multiple psychometric assessments (Hogan, Lominger, PDI Suite, Human Synergistics, Kornferry Assessments).
